Have any of you modified the panels on the machine to stop the rattling?

Annoying, isn’t it? I used rubber/plastic trim at the top where they hang, and foam pipe insulation zip tied on the frame rails on the bottom. The clear blower lube tubes also snack around inside so I secured them with zip ties. It’s the only negative to this machine.

That’s one of the reasons I got away from using TCS slide ins. Not that they’re bad units, but the water heater and muffler rattles are really annoying

It doesn't rattle to bad on medium. But its enough to drive you nuts on high. Good thing I mainly just use medium.

Mine aren't rattling to bad while machine running. Its driving down the road where its bugging me.
