Prochem legend pressure problem

I have a prochem legend, been having some issues with fluctuation in pressure at wand. Cleaned the screen and orafice and it seemed to help. Yesterday I Descaled machine and now when I run at full throttle and open valve on solution line I get one surge of water and machine cuts off. Any help/ advice greatly appreciated

Sounds like you have some serious scale issues. Have you pulled the solution outlet QD and tried running it?

Sounds like the descaling created a blockage somewhere or in several places in the solution system. If you pull the hose on the pressure side of the pump, do you have flow?

Disconnected hoses and don't see any scale
Build up . Nothing in any screens or check valves. Machine just cutting off no pressure. Do you think it could be low pressure switch.

Yes that is what is probably what is shutting it down. You my need to bypass it to see if there is any flow.

Minimal
If I'm hooked up to wand 10 seconds it shuts down and pressure is low
With an open valve on solution line it shuts down almost instantly

if "shut down" means you lose pressure and little to no water flowing, and not the pump clutch disengaging or engine shut down...


...did you find where it's sucking air upstream of pump yet?
