prochem peak fuel pump issue

my fuel pump went out on my peak tonight and it has a special kind of electric pump on it . was wondering if i could just put a low psi pump on it until I could pick the regular pump up on Monday.

I don't see why any low pressure pump won't work. I mounted mine under the frame.

I have a HM and bought a generic fuel pump and been using it for years.

on a carburated engine you can use the cheap one from the store but fuel injection requires a different type of pump. i was told once what the difference was but i really can't remember, or i could just be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

I do have a 23 HP briggs that does have a carb.
