I'm on my second bottle from the case of Procyon Extreme that I use
to encap. It works great and there is little to no odor. I use a BrushPro 17. Should I be concerned about damaging my machine? I pull the brushes off and wipe it down after every use and hose it off at the end of the day. I have been doing this for the past few years and haven't had any issues, but I was using Proschoice Brush & Bonnet.

You shouldn't. Your are probably taking care of your equipment better than 90% of the cleaners out there.

The brush pro 17, if I am not mistaken, is the one that can be used in a wash pit. Should be sealed better.
As per potential corrosion of the metal itself, according to Reg a good washing afterwards should be done with any product that is being used. Not sure how much more corrosive Procyon is.

Just in case, when you rinse the machine off, try not to direct any spray at the places where the brush axles go through the side plates (there's bearings in thar). See my posts in the CRB thread.
