I have been trying to get rid of old jugs of chems that are taking up space in my shop . I aquired some dirt chaser somewhere along the way and decided to dump it in my hydro force just to get rid of it. Wow that stuff is good for nothing but creating a bunch of foam ! I used it on a trashed area rug and on a vacant rental and at normal dilution this stuff had foam jumping out of the carpet at me. Has any one had good luck with this product if so what situations does it work well on?

I've heard some others mention that, too. I use their Ultra TLC prespray, and it works great, but I notice even it foams a lot more than the Matrix Grand Slam TLC, but not enough to be a problem.

Never tried the dirt chaser stuff, and after hearing several complaints about the excessive foam, I think I'll pass.

I've not tried that product, but we do use a lot of their spotters and deodorizers. I wonder if the product had been on the shelf too long to give it a fair test? :?:

Dirt Chaser is great for clay soil. That is what it is recommended for and the only time I use it. Dilution rate sucks

we tried it years ago.

I thought it was a very good pre-spray.
maybe even a great one, but it never made it that far for me to find out if it was a great one or not due to the silly EXCESSIVE foaminess of it.
By far the most wildly excessive foamy HWE juice I've ever used ...what were they thinking????

I love Exteme Clean. No bad smell, inexpensive, low dilution rate, cuts through the junk. I have wanted to try Cobbs Powermax but started hearing people say the batches were inconsistent and didnt work as well from one shipment to another. I would like to try them in a side by side comparison. I also dont like to mix prespray hot to get them to dissolve or work well. I use an electric sprayer and I dont like half the prespray left in the bottom of the 5 gallon sprayer undisolved!
