I need to repair some broken gypcrete and will have to pull back CGD carpet to get it. Any special tips for doing this? Any thing special I need to do to prep it for re-glue?
PS:It's at a seam so it an easy start.

prepare the customer the it may not be in good enough condition to reinstall. If you get luck you can peal it back in one piece, repair the concrete and reglue (with a good multipurpose flooring adhesive) and seam seal the seam.

In some cases the carpet will delaminate, tear, pull up bits of floor patch and or concrete (very difficult to get off).

If the carpet has any sort of foam or rubber backing forget it.
