pump question

does a 2.1 gpm pump

that delivers 60 psi

have enough behind it to push solution threw a 1/4 inch line about 185 ft long..................

If not.........what gpm would I need to look for.......


this would be a 12 volt demand pump........

this is just for applying pre-spray.............only

still think 125 or would 60 be ok

will I have 60 by the time it gets to the end or will I have a dramatic pressure drop

Last time I presprayed with and old tired 100 psi 12 gal porty, I had 100' of line out and a hydroforce type spray gun with a 6503 tip, I had plenty of pressure and volume, I think you will be okay.

I don't know about a higher flow rate like an 06 tip though.
