I'm thinking about getting a pump up sparyer for spraying down OSR. You Wouldn’t even need to pump it up with that stuff. I’m worried spraying down hot OSR will burn out my muilti-sprayer.

Kevin has a really good battery sprayer.
about 80 bucks and works like a charm.

When we do large jobs, it has never lost a charge
Cig lighter plug in to keep it charged.

I can't remember the name of the place he got but it's....oh wait
Harbor Freight.

Look for it...it works.

I though everyone was using pepsi sprayers filled with air compressor .A few years ago that was the latest craze . What happened to all of the the OPer 's out there ? Did that process turn out to be not that good ?

Hey John,

No worries my friend. I personally cannot understand why someone with a truckmount would want to use a pump-up for pre-spraying. A Hydroforce "type" sprayer puts the pre-spray down at a higher temperature and pressure yet is much faster.

A pump type sprayer is good for protectancts and such becuase you can be much more precise with it with regards to dilutions and coverage.

Just my 2 cents..

I still use a Pepsi sprayer and have no desire to use anything else

one for prespray and one for SG

I got a small compressor for free at a flood job and for big jobs I have a big air tank I can bring in with me
