Purple Spots PH Burn

So today I dealt with a couple of Apts that had some wild looking Purple spots in the fibers.

Blew right over em as I figured there was no saving grace in removing them, property management is not going to replace this unit .

What if anything would you have done ?

Mikey has already walked me through what to do an try so lets here what you would do or instruct your techs to do.

Chris is it color damage or PH?
From the photo's it looks like color loss.

Looks like color loss to me. If so, it's probably from some of the commercially available home spotters, I'd say Resolve or Oxiclean. Polyester by any chance? When dye gets stripped on polyester it usually goes to a pinkish - purple area.
