ive read here in the forums and have heard about people putting plastic over a problem spot. i was wondering when this would be appropriate to do and to what is the purpose. maybe for wicking or keeping the solvent from drying as fast. also ive heard about getting some peroxide from sallys beauty supply. what stains would this be good on and will it bleach or damage carpet.
thanks

If James wants to dink around for hours trying to answer his questions, the search feature will may help him.
The plastic is put over chemical treatments to slow their evaporation such as enzymes on urine odors and peroxide (+ammonia) (stain magic) for stain removal. Go to the Cleaners Magazine section and look at the H2O2 thread for a good discussion an peroxide.
