Had a job today with lots of little pee spots and one area at the end of a hall way that was saturated with urine. So I got all happy that I would have a chance to test out my new weapons .
on the bad area I hosed it down with quat, then sprayed a good bit of 02 on the area for stain treatment. and it started to stink like crazy!
I let it sit while I ran my hoses and what not. After I got all set up, and pre sprayed the 1 st two rooms, I went back to the area to claw it, and I couldn't smell one bit of urine! I used o2 at 4 oz per gal with an once of dd12 on the rest of the house and that killed the smell real good on the smaller spots, 90 percent of all urine stains came right out, and the ones that didn't lightened up quite a bit.
Needless to say, the lady was thrilled as she smelled the smell of clean once again. Now I just hope the stinkin yellow pee spots don't wick back and make me look like a jerk.
