If you have a block or tank heater hooked into your cooling system, Will the heated coolant migrate through your heat exchanger and if it does will the solutions heated in the coils of the exchanger also work its way through out your heating system??

It would take a long time, but the block heater would cause a circulation effect that would in turn heat anything connected to the system.
But it would have to be at least a 1500watt block heater and in an enclosed space so that cold wind wouldnt rob any of the heat away.
