What's the ideal vacuum orifice size considering objects on the floor?

Ideal with of the one head?

Butler used to have a nice Aluminum one that came apart in 3 pieces. Each truck had one under the passenger seat.

As we needed more they became hard to find. We just bought cheap chrome tube with squeegee head. Bought a snow shovel red handle and they work pretty good when needed.

When rinsing floors is where they are used the most. We will pressure washing and extract. Brush wand to detail and finish up.

Kaivac has the best squeegee I've ever used. Extracts so well it leaves the floor practically dry.
There problem is that is only an extraction tool. No rinse system.

Yea there should be. We have brush wands that Lisa sold us that worked great but the jets would get clogged with debris and require cleaned often when ceiling tile, drywall and other debris were on the floor.

Rubber blades got mushy after a while .
Easy to replace...
Worked well,your answers are on equip ment made all ready.large orifices for max recovery...
Has to be lite weight but durably strong...
Your over thinking this one.
Look at examples made then refabricate your version.
You could make dual flip head.
One side for extraction.
Flip for agitation...

Make sure you are using your moisture detector to define the affected area.

That tool extracts well in total saturation but struggled when the subsurface cushion was wet but the carpet was dry on top.

If you're not aware of its shortcomings, it can make you look foolish.

I don't know how the heck she became a prochem rep but I've never seen her doing anything of that nature before.

I think she got them from whomever was building them for Prochem.

The wand was nice but poor design on the head. The jets were in the vacuum slot which required constant cleaning. Just an unnecessary pain that could have been avoided.

My memory is as sharp as ever! Sometimes I'm driving with the music blaring and the sun is shinning on my face and I think...where the fook am I going?

I turn around and head back to my destination. I'd like to blame old age, but I did it when I was young too.

I have 28” I use on all floor jobs. I have 10, and 14” too.

The design is simple but very effective. I wish they would add a pressure line and jets. We have the grout tool but it's not the answer.

I've heard of that being done in other buildings on campus. My director bought 1k of buckets, trowels and pads for that type of cleaning during COVID.

I never implemented it. It was just was over my head how it was supposed to work. We hand wiped and ultra static sprayed them.

My partner kids and I sprayed too. We just sprayed all the schools and churches after school was out.
