I have a customer who wants me to wax their Terrazzo. It is a frat house so there hasn't been a lot of mopping done to the floors and a lot of Beer. I want to scrub the floor clean before I do anything to it. Is there a pad that would be recommended so it doesn't add too many more scratches to the polished surface?

I agree with Mike, but if they still insist on you waxing it , then treat it like VCT , strip and wax.

Agree to polish, but if they want a topical, I'd suggest Buckeye Cirene.

Just finished the floor yesterday. Turns out the Floor was never ground smooth in the first place. It was left very bumpy with each color chip standing proud of the cement behind and between. Once it cleaned up it was in really great shape. I used a green pad and that seemed to work out pretty well, no scratching that I could tell. We waxed it to bring up a shine that the floor hadn't had originally.
