We need to know just who Checkmate Cleaning is if we are to take advice from you.


So please answer all of these questions before we go any further:



~How many employees and how many trucks on the road.

~How many days a week does your company provide service to it's clients.

~What did your company gross last year in residential on location carpet cleaning and related services?

~Do you offer in plant rug or upholstery cleaning or restoration services??

~One or two man crews?

~How are your Techs payed? hourly, commission?, perks? vacations?

~How is your office staff payed?

~What is your redo/call back rate per year?

~How much did you spend on traditional marketing last year?

~How has the economic slow down effected your business?

~For every employee you keep, how many did you go through?

First you tell George he can have a room then you start adding all of these stipulations on top of it.

The stipulations should have been made before the offer not after. Just to answer all of those questions would take a day! Cut some slack...stick to what you first promised...give George some time to put it together and let's see what happens. It could be a win win situation for all of us but not if the rules keep changing. Some of those questions are to personal for a business owner to answer. Some people would understand the answers and others would be pissed. What works for George is different then what works for me, you, or other people.

I'm even thinking about finally donating $5.00 a month to check it out.
