i scrubbed with a 3m scotchbrite pad from bridgepoint. then put 2 coats of high gloss water base poly on. the floor in the pic is completely dry its just that shiny.

still had 1/4 gal of poly left.

Last one I did, I used the round mesh sand paper disc under a black pad. The mesh disc are the same as the stuff you sand sheet rock with.

that would be to rough for that floor. i didnt sand it i just scrubbed it.
