Is this the hose??

WHat kind of heat can it take?
Does it come in another colour than black, not my first choice to bring in on any colour carpet

Ron I believe that site only recently began selling it as I searched all over for info on this hose when I first tried it from Chappell about 8 years ago. The first batch had packing material that led me to a mfg in Austria. On the site you noted they say theirs in made in the USA.

Ours is all blue. I bought 300' in 2002, 400' in 2006, and 400' this spring. Lots of the older hose is just fine, I just prefer new on the truck.

We have used Raptor hose in the past.

We have switched to a new European Blue wire-braid that has exceeded the performance of the Raptor hose.

It is rated for 250° F, but seems to handle 275° easily.

It has a smoother cover.
