As winter nears, are you "pretending" to be ready (on the left) ore are you "really ready" (Seal-A-Door on the right) to shield your customers interior from the elements?

Ron whats your feedback on "boarder line" use of your S-A-D?

By that I mean days where the weather is good enough to leave their windows open for drying assistance but you feel they may be aware of your usage of the almighty SAD and you feel that they may expect it.

Does that make sense?

I know people see it on my FB page and website but there are certain jobs where you make SO MANY trips to the truck and there are no alternative doors...

Once your users are hooked are they gung ho and stick to it, like pre vacuuming, dry strokes and corner guards?

Thank you for asking, Mike! We never entered this market presuming we would be "necessary" for everyone, or that we would be able to "fit" every doorway. Our "Risk Free Guarantee" has never been exercised for the Seal-A-Door...we have had product sizes mis-ordered (and replaced) and products arriving damaged (and replaced), but NEVER returned because they were of inferior quality or didn't work as advertised. We have received hundreds of comments similar to "WOW....my customer was blown away!"...and that has made those folks "believers" in the value of using. Mark demonstrated the ease of installing, entering and exiting....so multiple trips back and forth are a non issue, as compared to pleasing the customer. For the perfect climate folks, we introduced the Super Screen Seal-A-Door....knowing there are going to be occasional bugs, or winds and dust, or rodents, or indoor pets, no more "Have you seen my cat?". I have seen enough posts and videos intended to make some point or another (not promoting Seal-A-Door) and there in the background is the Seal-A-Door....so "yes", seems there is a commitment to using. Is is as consistent as pre-vac or dry strokes or corner guards....probably not....but if you (the generic you) are truly committed to a "customer care" protocol, then I suspect it is used far more often than not. Thanks again, Mike, for the question...and...for all of the support and encouragement you have provided me!!!
