I have never really played with this myself as of yet but we made it up for a few cleaners here in town and they have said that they have very few calls to go do a touch up........

Check the local laws, often real estate agents can't take referral commissions, but may be able to accept "gifts", or complimentary cleanings, also, they do have relatives that are willing to cash checks at the least. :wink:

It is unethical for a agent to accept anything when it ties into a home on the market that they represent

But you did nail it with complimentary cleanings of there own homes or a gift baskets at Christmas...
