Recommendation for exterior sealer on terra cotta tiles

Customer wants a sheen on the exterior terra cotta tiles. On researching, a solvent based is best for outdoors due to minimizing flaking and peeling.

Any ideas?

IF there is a pool anywhere in the area... don't do it... add water and it is an issue.

No pool but I'm sure some will be hit by sprinklers. I did talk to elitecrete and they use their CSS Emulsion which they recommend. It's solvent based and though I won't guarantee anything, they said it should hold up well. Apparantley it's a breathable topical (if that makes sense).
