Recommendations of machines

Hi

I am looking to start my own business in carpet cleaning. Found a machine that is called Rug Doctor.

Wanted to find out what you professionals think of it. I am on a low budget as I have been unemployed for nearly a year now. If you have any suggestions for a start up then please advise me. Would like to do domestic carpet cleaning for the meantime.

The only thing with this machine is that I leaves the carpet wet for some hours. So thats why I was looking for alternatives.

I'd rent a nice porty for a year or more before I bought a rugdogturd.

Here's what you do. Go to your nearest supplier and tell him what you have planned. Tell him you'd like to rent a porty (that's slang for a portable around here) when you find the work. Tell him you'd need a discount on the rent or at least 25% of the rental fees applied to buying the machine when you're scheduling work on a regular basis i.e. three days a week.
