Red stains and urine

I never get a small red stain, it always seems to be all over a room. Same with urine, never just a small spot but every where.

Funny, i tell the customer "kids and pets bring us alot of business". Its always a good ice breaker, makes them laugh and it makes them feel that they are not alone out there. I always try and relate to them, I have 3 kids, two adults, 4 cats (1 is 19 years old with no teeth) and a dog. I clean my carpet every month.
