I had that full page ad in the local paper back in Feb. I got another client from it today. She was telling me that her LR was 20x25 and I was saying that it would cost around $200 to clean it, she was humming and hawing, then she asked 'you're that cleaner that advertised he was so slow?', and I booked the job and cleaned it. Nice couple.
The room was only 13x16, $180 with protectant.

It says right on your website that you are higher priced than most cleaners in your area. What was she thinking?

she never saw the site, just remembered the ad, called me from the local Lion's Club Business Directory. $300 for the whole year, more than 20:1 return
