I buy them from Lowe's. Not sure if they are the same as you're talking about , mine are kind of an aqua, light greenish color? I just tried to look them up but Lowe's website is down for maintenance. They had them in various lengths and I believe they were three feet wide. If I remember correctly they were about 3 or 4 dollars.
