Got a client who dropped something on 2 floor tiles beside her claw bath cracking them, cant find replacement tiles.
She has asked me to remove the 2 tiles that are cracked and swapping them with 2 from under the bath.
I dont mind taking a punt and backing myself but gut feel on this is HELL NO!

Would any of you have a go at this or would you pass like me?

I've laid some tile, and I've demod a bunch of tile, but I wouldn't attempt that. If you crack one of the ones your removing then you are screwed. Get a good tile guy. It's not hurting anyone to wait a few weeks.

Another option, depending on if there still solid bond is epoxy repair...polyester resin to be exact...

Under a tub.....so plumber has to move tub, and chances of removing a CPT with full bond in center of field tiles is slim....

Ceramic tile? Or maybe old VAT tile with asbestos that can create a world of liability head aches?
