Replacing Velcro on Orbot Vibe - What are you using?

I need to replace the velcro on my vibe. Some of the edges are peeling. I ordered industrial strength velcro in 2" wide length but the hooks are pretty small compared to what's on the machine now. They make an extreme duty but it's only available in 1" wide. Anyone have a source for 2" wide (or bigger) velcro with comparable hooks to oem or extreme duty? Is everyone just tossing out a $100 driver plate and buying a new one?
