Well I put in my new jets today 24 flow in a T wand.
Good and Bad

as to be over 3 gallons a minute

Wand gets hot as hell

Carpet dry in about the same time, but omg the flushing power over 18 flow is exponential. This is truly flushing, AND LOTS FASTER.

Bad thing drain tank fills in under 1 hour

I don't think 24 flow is the limit

What chem are you flushing or rinsing with? If you are using that much water your chemical cost may go up 2-3 time the normal cost.

Would you be able to dual wand with your Ti and 24 flow or is that much flow just for super single wanding? I know you have the mighty V and plenty of suck but will the pump handle it?
My Butler 47 with the GG 2 1/2 vac set up will suck up what I put down, but the pump will only put down so much rinse.
