Whatever you use... Vacuum first, give plenty of dwell time & crank the heat. Slow down your wet pass a tad to flush thoroughly. A good scrub before you fire up the truck & a quick encap mist & post bonnet before you put he chairs back wouldn't hurt either...

This may be a good opportunity to do some side by side testing... Maybe you don't need 14 jugs on your truck...

not familiar with MW Grease Eater
but I wasn't all impressed with Trashed 2 for heavy lifting

so..from my experience, I'd mix 02 heavy, NUKE the joint and give MUCHO dwell.
(cause they probably won't pay for what a rotary scrub and extract should cost)

MUCHO dwell would be HOSING the joint down FIRST, then set up the TM

by all means use the Dry Slurry at max recommended dilution/feed rate thru the machine

crank the heat as high as your TM will go

Germ, while that's great advise for a kcik azz job...but lets be realistic...

it's a Chinese restaurant
it must be trashed (cause he's a 4 year vet asking "what to use")
he went in 7:30PM and they want it done TONIGHT
how much do you think they're paying that Joe could do the whole nine yards....and still make a buck?

Joey,

If you want to try the O2 System on a badly-soiled restaurant, mix 4 teaspoons of Hot Sauce Modifier and 8 – 10 ounces of O2 pre-spray. Restaurant cleaning with the O2 System at these dilution ratios may not be the most cost-effective way to go. It may cost you a few dollars more than a comparable product, but if a carpet cleaner just cleans a restaurant every so often, it is not that big a deal to pay just a little more so that you don’t have to carry a multitude of different products on your truck.

If 90% of the carpets you clean are in restaurants, then the O2 System would not be the product of choice. If, like most carpet cleaners, you clean a lot of different fibers and a lot different soiling conditions, the O2 System gives you a lot of versatility with a consistent cleaning outcome while allowing you to only carry one product on your truck.

A product called Attack made by Esteam seems to be a popular product on the board for cleaning restaurants.

I use Attack on restaurants. Esteam Attack is an enzyme. I have also used Cobbs enzyme with good results.
But on wool restaurants I use 02.

Try a square using each and go with the winner. Chinese restaurants are usually and greasy challenge. I mix HOT and aggitate with a 175 or a cimex, high flow rinse and airmovers. I like presprays with an enzyme, boost with citrus and Energy. Enzall, Biobreak or Prochems (name is escaping me) are all good choices. I actually use Extreme Clean and boost with citrus and an enzyme and energy, mix hot, cimex and rinse at 500-600 psi...after a breif demo, I can steal the job away if they want to cough up the coin $! 8)

Prespray with good enzyme, steam the crap out of it, then cimex with hot knife. They will love you long time!

OooOoh my my.....[/quote:1iyspm3t]

honestly, I can tell subtle difference is some Asians.
Don't really know much about the cultural differences , but can recognize subtle differences in physical features
Cambodians and Vietnamese don't look so much alike.
same with Chinese, Japanese and Philippine

but tell the truth,Thang, there's a fair amount of racism among Asians, isn't there?
I'm curious if there's one Asian race that is generally considered by most other Asians as "lower" on the scale

You have to live on an island for 15 years to truely embrace the interasian racism thing, it's a trip.

It also helps humble you a bit if you are a round eye, cause ain't too many places round eyes get shit on except an island full of asians, good experience.

The Japanese are on top, and they will tell you too. For some reason Philipinos are lower as are some of the smaller island natives like Indonesians.

The social experiment we call Humanity is an interesting study.

I believe the Thai consider themselves at the top of the food chain also because (I have heard) they are the only Asian region that has not been conquered and occupied by hostiles.

I dont know if there's really a one asian race that the other consider "Lower". I do know that Japanese and Koreans do have alot of pride and do kinda consider themselves to be on the upper tier class. I think everybody have pride in their own culture...But, generally the Japanese and Koreans consider themselves more refine and higher class than everybody else.
