retaining WD customers

WD normally happens to most people once maybe twice in a lifetime, however I have been getting an increasing amount of work from people who have used us or from people who used us and recommended us to other people, one thing I wanna focus on is getting people to remember my company, and having people who have used us before INSIST on whoever they know who has a problem use my company. besides doing good work and showing up when you are supposed to, is there anything I can do or give to the customer to make this happen, I don't care if it costs a little money, flowers, gift certificate?? any suggestions??

Just an idea: How about you put permanent stickers on a few places on the property with your name on it.

Here is where:
At the washing machine hookup
On the hot water tank
At the water main shut off
On the main electrical panel
