I constantly say this to myself when entering these jobs. I'm surprising my wife with a cruise next summer to the Bahamas. 100% of the money from this job goes toward that.

I hate those jobs where the PM calls you to clean an occupied unit. Such a pain in the rear. Especially when you're forced to work around the tenant's lucky empty milk jugs. I've learned the hard way to keep my pie-hole shut when doing these types of jobs. The tenants will drive a bus over you faster than Stephen running for the ticket line of a Village People concert.

I charge extra for occupied units to make up for the hassle.
Looked at a cat pee job today. Was told I'm too expensive by pm.
Talked to a homeowner about a similar priced job and he said oh that's not bad.
Fook those pms. I'm pricing myself away from them but I don't mind doing it if they will pay my price.
