I haven't done commercial work in over 10 years, but now that I'm in a new area that has tons of commercial properties,I would like to get back into it while I build the residential.
A more well rounded business sounds appealing.

I ordered his package today because I have absolutely no forms or marketing materials geared toward this type of customer.
Anybody else have it?
Critique?

It may not be a phenomenal product, but it is a fantastic product

However, like all these products, you have to work it to make it work.

Follow the instructions and it will seem like a license to print money in the commercial world of carpet maintenance.

So very true, Shorty.

PS While I haven't examined Rick's package in detail everything he does is professional. (He did a nice program on his marketing concepts over in Australia in April.) Given the profit potential of regular contract commercial work my guess is IF you work Rick's program it will be worth MANY TIMES what you invest in it. (Now if you want my "stuff": ten pages on "How to Sell Commercial Work" I guarantee it will be worth more than you paid since it is free! Just e-mail me at stoburen@homefrontsuccess.com and put the words "commercial work" somewhere and that is it. No spam- no pressure- nobody calling and bugging you- use it or not- up to you. But at the very least you WILL get your money's worth!) :)

Seriously, regular contract commercial work has been the Rodney Dangerfield "Can't get no respect" sector of our industry for years. You've heard the whining- "bad hours, slow pay, tight-fisted #@*&^%$ business owners, etc." Guess what? It is all true. But with the slow-down in the economy those regular (if slow) paychecks are looking better and better. (They really look great when your commercial work route hits Critical Mass and you can put on a regular, full time crew. Nothing like kicking back at 10 PM with a cold one knowing you are grossing 150.00 to 250.00 per hour out there with someone else getting paid very well to bust their rump for your benefit!)

Thanks Steve!
Lots of great commercial carpet cleaning info in that file, thank you for sharing.

I printed it off and will read it on my 3-days off, I also gave big Dan a copy to read!

Bought it. Really like the powerpoint presentation available to my more "techy" customers. Booked a casino yesterday with the new proposal page. Tho they didn't sign the contract. hmmmm sovereign nation thing?

thanks Rick!

Martin, congratulations on picking up the casino!! Can you elaborate a little more?

How long have you been using the program? What % increase in commercial business have you generated since implementing Rick's program? Has it helped increase your ticket sales on existing commercial business by increasing monthly or quarterly interim cleanings over plain old once a year cleanings.

I noticed the powerpoint feature on Rick's website too but I'm interested in hearing some legitimate facts and figures as far as increases in sales & revenues.

Thanks a lot!
