Ringed hang tags

Any ideas on where I could source tags like these. Used in the repair of Roman blinds so ideally about 5-8mm internal of ring. (Will save a lot of sewing)
Have found this on Ali-Baba, but we are looking for ones with much shorter shank. ideally about 10-20mm on the shank.

Something like this or does it have to be a solid closed loop? Forgive my ugly American ways but I'm too lazy to convert mm to inches..
