Roto Vac Problem

I have not noticed this before. My 360i is squirting water out of the center bolt hole I cleaned the jets and its still doing it. Anyone know if this is normal?

I think there is a check valve in there.

Right in the center if the cleaning head there is a bolt that has a hole in it.

I fixed the problem with a 3 dollar plug from a hardware store. Took out the check valve and put in a plug.
