My 360i must have developed a crack in the handle, because Friday it suddenly broke in my hand. Saturday morning I called Rotovac and to my surprise, Brian answered the phone!

My new handles and foam grips will ship out Monday and with any luck will arrive soon. Hooray for good customer service!

Take the used handlebar to local pro welder that knows how to weld stainless steel/ aluminuim. Then you’ll have a back up set. Probably a $15-$20 fix.

It is the plastic handgrip that broke. I may mess around with plastic welding it. I’ve had some success with plastic gas tanks for my old truck.

I love my RE’s but the handles and bars ARE a tad flimsy.
