I purchased a used rotovac 360 which included 3 heads. Attached are pictures of the what I believe to be the tile head. Is anyone familiar with this model and can tell me how old it might be? Does this particular model require any other attachment to clean. It looks like something is missing on the side but it doesn't look like it requires the ring like the current model.

no, that is not the tile head but rather the (very) old brush carpet head. Pre Swoop design.
The tile head is jet and brushes only. A floating vacuum ring provides the pick up
