John at Superior Cleaning Solutions in Orem, Utah has one that has been factory refurbished, and I can personally tell ya that it works really well, as I used it on a house last month. I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but I believe that since it is a factory refurbished unit, it has some sort of warranty, too. You might want to give him a call... I can tell ya that John and Lora (his wife) are great people and truly care about customer service.
