How do you remove rubber mounts?

The 6 circular mounts that sit between the frame and main metal plate which absorbs shock and vibration from the blower and engine.

There is a bolt going through them.

There are two seperate bolts with rubber in between them. Sometimes they break loose from the rubber and will just spin when you try to loosen the nut. If this happens you can usually just lift the plate and hold the back side with a pair of vice grips.

For our 6 elastomer vibration dampeners . . . .

we use stainless bolts:

Ours are tall enough to get under the plate for access (4.5").
