The rug is a woven in India 1960-70's with a Chinese design referred to in the trade as "Chindia" the rug has a dated look. The last one I was involved with the sale of (12x18) ultimately went unsold and was offered to me for free and I turned it down. There’s not a market for these except perhaps for some crazy old lady with money stuck in the 60-70’s style.

What’s it worth $1,000 maybe but I think it’s a hard sell at that

Whoever is posting from Randy's computer is too kind and generous. With stains it has no value. The large size is actually a deterrent to sale, as most people with a room that size won't buy a rug like this.

I would suggest making it a donation and take Randy's valuation as the tax write-off.

I'm with Randy- its fugly :-)

I was disappointed I saw almost no one at connections- possibly cause I was hardly there, but I certainly didn't avoid anyone. One of the problems is I don't know what anyone looks like and the name tag names are too small for me to read unless I am really close. A coupl;e people did recognize me, I guess from pics.

I saw a lot of people at Connections and was surprised by how many I missed. I guess people don't recognize me from my picture.
