Rx20 HE Modifications

Good Morning from australia - i have been cleaning for just on 11 years and finally decided to step out and get a new rx20HE. i have noticed alot of use discuss changing the stupid 1/2 slot system to the full slots with glides and v jets. can anyone point me in the direction? someone has mentioned a " greenies rx kit" but cannot find anything except glides. any help would be great
