I have liked mine so far, though the measuring cup/cap broke pretty early on. My only complaint about it is that it doesn't have a fan tip, only a cone tip; and it doesn't have a high enough gpm to be a must have on the truck.

Yes, I make a lot of EZ $$ with it too. Best 79 bucks I ever spent.

I use it exclusively for applying fabric protector.

The trick is to replace the wand with a new one from the hardware store that will accept a 8015 T-jet. Think the replacement wand cost me about 9 bucks. Simply unscrew the ryobi wand and screw in the new wand w the t-jet and your ready to rock!

Than, sell Fab protector on every job to increase profits.

I have one
got it as a free promo offer when I bought some hedge trimmers .
I like the hedge trimmers , but wasn't impressed with the sprayer .
Not enough volume for my preference

for the "price" I paid, it's fine for spraying weeds in the mulch beds and shooting range pad.
But don't figure it would hold up to any professional crew use/abuse

Why? Please don't say because of the operator. Although it most likely is operator error.
Sorry I was too tired last night to explain. I had the same issue. The plastic QD’s are crap and let in a lot of air. You need to replace them with brass fittings. Since doing this I’ve never had an issue.

Tom and I cleaned my Asian Buffet last night. I got home about 12:45am. It was a pain in the ass. Every time I clean this place they ask me if I’m moving the 35 booths. Every time I tell them no way. I move the tables, but not the heavy ass booths. I guess I can’t blame them for trying. My damn apo float and emergancy shut off float stopped working last night. I was shooting waste water out my blower. Also, Tom and I were duel wanding and the water box kept running out of water causing us to lose pressure. It really pissed me off! I may need to play with my incoming pressure regulator. Every single time I clean this place my floats go out. We’re pumping so much grease into the waste tank the sludge clogs up my floats. Every time!!!!! I love my 870 but it does have a few short comings.

For really shitty jobs why don't you guys buy a catch can / by pass pump out?

We make them here in Australia. It's a little acrylic clear box. Inside there is a defector screen and a small submersible pump. There is a port on the back that connects to your machine and a port on the from that goes to your tool. Before the water makes it back to the machine it enters the box, hits the deflector, falls to the bottom and is pumped out.

You could implement one of these instead of a filter box since there's not really any need to filter too much. These submersible pumps will pump so much shit you can forget the filter and just go.

Correction. I'm using an 8001 jet with the Ryobi.

Personally, sold another $80 in protectant today.

Tossed my Multi Sprayer in the trash when the regargable battery finally died.
