I was wondering if anyone had any basic safety checklist forms or materials for employees to sign. I will be using more help than usuall this summer plus will have an office /sales asst working so I figure I need some sort of safety form or checklist to have everyone signed and docuumented. If anyone has some saftey stuff they could email me or point me in the direction to a website where i can find carpet cleaning or janitorial related safety programs I would be appreciative. thanks
