Monthly we have a brief 5-10 minutes about job safety. Everyone signs they were there and it's logged for date and what was talked about.
Some topics are slip and fall hazards, working on ladders, eye protection when working over head, eye splash protection, cuts and abrasion care, electricity and standing water, leather gloves and glass, spraying protectants, antimicrobials, bump protection in attics and crawl spaces, lockout tagout, confined spaces rope off tie off, caring for your respirator, Full face, half face, N-95 when to wear. It just goes on and on and on.
