Found this out accidentally and wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation so don't call me a crook. I was cleaning the edge of a carpet next to the tile and ended up cleaning approx. two to three inches of the tile/grout. It created a halo affect making the the rest of the tile look dirty. Custy now wants the tile cleaned and sealed and we booked it for next week. Nice $500.00 upsell.

A lot of facilities managers are on to test cleaning in the worst area.

We make that offer when doing demo's and will often get that look and then they say "What and leave me with a clean spot I have to do something with? No thanks. Lets test where it's not quite so obvious."

I always find it funny when "other" cleaners throw that "huh never heard of you/him" out as a back handed insult.

I don't know who the best heart surgeon in my area is, ( as don't need him) but I'll bet a few good doctors or heart patients in the area can tell me who he is, and he probably doesn't advertise much.
