Sapphire/ pembertons Awesome service!

I can't be to specific but sapphire scientific and Pembertons in Pittsburg just helped me out with keeping my business afloat, me and my van safe, and provided excellent service and support even in this crappy winter weather.

Big Thanks to Sapphire Scientific management for the fix. And a huge thanks to Jim Pemberton and his staff for applying the fix and helping me get running again.

Sorry guys I can't go into details, but I can say Sapphire stands behind their products and that Pembertons in Pittsburgh are the best! Also a shout out to Paul at pembertons for being awesome, and extremely thorough at his job.
