Watch out for a letter that looks official from the State of California, at the top it say's Business Filings Division. It is asking that you submit $239.00 immediately or face a $250.00 penalty regarding your LLC. I was so pissed that I had to pay another fee, and when I filled out the information and saw that it say's make the check out to "Business Filings Division", the red alert for me went off. 10 seconds of search for http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sour ... i=g2g-s1g7 saved me $239.00 from almost falling for this. FYI
