It is a great honour to be headed out to Scottsdale. I am a super chuffed (stoked) to be coming, helping out such a cool cause and representing a cool vendor like @Rotovac .

@Mikey P has told me there is 7000 ft.² of LVT or similar surface that requires a scrub and flush as it's full of mop water residue.

I am looking for loyal Mikey's Boarders who might consider doing a service to RMH and help me get this done?

Now....

Just for a twist... the floor REEKS of lemon floor cleaner from overuse of detergent.

As of yet I don't have hard confirmation of hardware from Rotovac. We're still working it all out. I am guessing we'll have a Ranger 1200 and a 7 flow Bonzer wand.

If you can scrub, or wand or scout resources I'd love to hear from you.

@Mikey P and @Rotovac , could we perhaos coordinate logustics of equipment?

So we need to be able to scrub and rinse quickly. Big area to cover.

What about HF gun and XL with pad driver out front. Bonzer flushes behind?

if I can i will be there on Wed. with truckmount and scrubbers. we should do at least half or more of the job that afternoon. maybe leave 2000 ft. for thursday for guys who want to clean ltv instead of carpet.

i only have a 12 inch spinner for tile. maybe someone else can get ahold of a 15" turbo spinner? my tm can do 220 at the wand (diesel heater) so that should melt dirty mop water real good. a rotary with bonnets would also work after that to power mop the floor. it will be really clean.

Only one house has carpet, in their offices and only 1000 ft.

We can't do a thing on Wednesday other than survey the properties with the team leaders.

All three homes are being vacated by the resident families on Thursday from 9 to 5.

We have close to 35,000 feet to conquer so bring all you got.
