I've been working awhile on a non-silicone tile & grout, natural stone treatment to protect hard surfaces. I've applied the product (NSWR500) on lots of jobs and really like the way it lets the surface breathe so you don't get color variances and still protect the surface from moisture and dirt. I've posted pics at -

Let me know what you think and if you've like to try using the product on your jobs. The exterior stone patios are 1+ year after application. Given they're exposed to the Texas sun 320 days a year I think the treatment is holding up fine.
Not having to deal with wax/silicone sealer issues on interior jobs makes using the product a no brainer.
