Selling Microbial/Sanitizer

What is the best way to present a sale for a Microbial or Sanitizer?

I found it pretty easy to sell an antimicrobial to some one who either lives in filth....or....had a flood of any kind....or loves their pets enough to allow them to use the floor to poop or pee on. Then there is the other kind of person that cant stand the thought of living around any kind of germs and swears they need the sterility of an operating room for a living environment. Both should be easy sales for antimicrobial treatments. Also where there has been a recent suicide where there are still pieces of dead people laying around may also prompt you to offer an anti microbial treatment service.
