I'm going to assume Fred worked for the CIA at some point.
Word of advice.. DO NOT **** with this guy, he can make your online presence absolutely vanish if he was pissed off enough.
On the other hand he can do wonders for your company for the right price. Look for a banner here in the near future promoting his services.
In the mean time, I've hired him as a Admin here to help get the Board noticed.
