Mikey, I have my website addresses as my signature and according to Yahoo I only have 27 links even though I have over 300 posts. Should I set it up like yours?

Also anybody know how to find out how many links google recognizes?

All backlinks help to some degree.

But, backlinks on forums don't have as much juice as other backlinks.

Backlinks from LOCAL directories and LOCAL group memberships such as the BBB have much more power to get your site to the top.

Google is now looking for local relavency and Google will give your site higher web cred for it.

Google is changing (they are always changing) to fight people that were gaming the system.

Also, get a few reviews a month from Angies list, Judys book, Brown book and Google Reviews.

In the last six months I have had a woman working for me setting up blogs, Facebook pages, LinkedIn, Twitter, Ezines and other tricks.
My organic listing on Google went to #3 for "carpet cleaning" searches. HOWEVER MY RANKING FOR SEARCHES LOOKING FOR "CARPET CLEANERS" IS AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE 1.

Lesson learned, you must have both words sprinkled around-- cleaners, cleaning.
